Home Component Preview

This page exists so that the home component has a start page, which the real docs site also has. Without it, the component landing URL (/home/) resolves to nothing in this build, and any content that links to https://docs.redpanda.com/home/ is reported as a broken link by the url-to-xref extension even though the page is published on the live site.
